· Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
· All items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
· Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
· Any return must be authorized via an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to shipping back the item.
The following categories of products are not eligible for return:
· Opened seal kits, gasket kits, or electrical components
· Any item that has been installed, used, modified, or is missing parts
· Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items
· Rubber-based parts (e.g., boots, bushings, hoses) once unpackaged
· Items not returned in clean condition or in unsuitable packaging
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service to request an RMA number. No returns will be processed without an RMA.
2. Include the RMA number both inside and clearly marked outside the package.
3. Use a reliable shipping method with tracking. We recommend insuring your return.
4. All returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance.
Returns without proper RMA labeling may be refused or delayed.
· Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
· Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery:
· We will cover the full cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no charge.
· All claims must include photos of the packaging and part.
· All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and approval.
· Warranties typically do not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, or misuse.
· Warranty processing time and outcome depend on the manufacturer's assessment.
· International customers may return items within 30 days of receipt.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated duties or taxes.
· We strongly recommend contacting us before placing international orders if you are uncertain about compatibility.
For returns involving oversized items or pallets, or if your order total exceeds $5,000, please contact us in advance. A restocking fee (15–25%) may apply.
